The federal government was created by the States, not the other means around. If a local people desires to limit access to kids from any legislation breaking group or individual, then by the ability of the folks and the local legislature, they’ll cross such laws.\n\nLimited-state liberalism goes the other path to the Right where individual rights get lost in the rights of the upper class. To be a liberal is to imagine in Locke and individual rights. But, in current instances and in the debates over policy and ideals, the title liberal stand for what Obama and his follower imagine and the term consevative stand for what I beleive.\n\nA true Constitutional Conservative does NOT want the government to own marriage.
